The Goldcrest team is thrilled and very proud to announce that Pantiles has been selected as a winner at the national Housing Design Awards 2020!
This is the fourth consecutive year Goldcrest schemes have been recognised at these prestigious awards. The previous three years we were very proud to have our schemes shortlisted and we are extremely delighted to have our scheme for this challenging site announced as a winner at this years awards.
The scheme delivers 60 new houses on a former Garden Centre in the Green Belt providing a range of two to four bedroom homes with 50% of these as affordable homes. The design team was a close collaboration between Goldcrest, John Pardey Architects and Spacehub Landscape Architects and received unanimous consent at Runnymede Planning Committee at the end of last year and was commended for not only the design but the community consultation and ensuring the development would be an integral and beneficial part of the village of Lyne.
