Contracts exchanged for new eco-conscious homes in New Malden.

Contracts have been exchanged for the sale of their site for three houses in Rookwood Avenue, New Malden. Goldcrest are particularly pleased that the modest amount of development proposed provided an opportunity for significant enhancement to the remaining open space. These enhancements will create an ecologically rich, bio-diverse space for the benefit of wildlife and the local community.
